Description
This is a pre-recorded workshop that focuses on flexibility, mobility and strength of the lower back. It is suitable for all fitness levels including complete beginners, and is also a good introduction to Pilates.
When you purchase this workshop you will be emailed a private YouTube link to the workshop which you can continue to access as many times as you wish, we will also email you a manual which includes all the exercises. In the workshop we use a small 7inch Pilates ball in some of the exercises, you can select an option of buying this workshop including a ball, and we will post one out to you. If you already have a ball you can select the option to purchase the workshop without a ball.
Please note many of the exercise do require you to be on the floor, we suggest you do the exercises on an exercise mat or a carpeted area. You may also need a cushion or folded towel to support your head when lying down.
This workshop will give you the tools to help you maintain a mobile, healthy back.
