Pelvic Floor Basics for Men & Women

Pelvic floor exercises are not just about stopping the “oops moment” although this is of course important, the pelvic floor is “the floor” of the abdomen and these muscles help to stabilise the pelvis and the lower back.

These exercises if done consistently will help to reduce the risk of incontinence and urgency issues, so for men who are receiving treatment for Prostate Cancer these are a must!
